The school is a concept-based International Baccalaureate (IB) school with authorized Primary Years Program (PYP) and Middle Years Program (MYP) candidacy; Diploma Program (DP) is planned. The curriculum maps to the IB framework and aligns with American standards, including the Common Core for Math and Language, the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) for science, and ISTE standards for technology and robotics. Social-emotional learning is integrated through CASEL-aligned programs and counseling, and physical education follows Shape America standards. MAP assessments measure progress and feed into each student's learning plan.
National Core Arts Standards cover Music and Art. A Music teacher and an Art teacher provide instruction. A technology-focused learning space supports creative learning.
The IB philosophy promotes intercultural understanding. Languages include Myanmar, English, French, and Mandarin. There are international students from many countries.
School life includes after-school activities, festivals and events, field trips and excursions, student projects, and student-led conferences. The Parent Teacher Student Organization (PTO) fosters community with an open-door policy for parent–teacher–student communication.
The leadership team includes a Head of School, Primary Vice-Principal and PYP Coordinator, and Secondary Vice-Principal and MYP Coordinator. There is a Parent Teacher Student Organization to involve families. A PE Teacher and Athletic Director leads athletics.
PE follows Shape America Physical Education Standards. Social-emotional learning (SEL) is integrated through CASEL-aligned programs, with a counselor on campus to support well-being. An Athletic Director oversees physical education and athletics.
