Yangon International School (YIS) is a private, independent, co-educational day school in Thingangyun, Yangon, offering schooling from early years through secondary. The school combines an American, standards-based programme in its lower and middle grades with an authorised International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Grades 11–12, and awards both a YIS (American-style) high‑school diploma and the IB Diploma.
