- Registration fees are payable immediately on receipt of the school's offer and are non‑refundable.
- Final tuition and boarding payments are required to be settled no later than one month before the student's intake date.
- The published tuition figures quoted above were published with conditions that apply to payments made in full by the school's stated deadline for full‑payment offers. Different fee structures apply to students enrolling during the academic year; fees for mid‑year starts may be calculated on a pro‑rata basis or under different registration terms.
- Instalments: payment may be made in two instalments; where two instalments are used a 5% surcharge applies to the fees stated.
Other Costs and Charges
- The tuition and boarding figures listed exclude the costs of examinations and assessment fees, additional learning support and private or external tuition, extra lessons in English, music tuition, educational visits and other activities, individual materials, transportation, insurances and personal expenses. These incidental costs are charged separately as required.
- The secondary / upper secondary registration fee includes a Mac laptop; other equipment, books, specific course exam fees and specialist materials may be charged separately.
Refund Information
- Registration fees for accepted pupils are non‑refundable.
- The boarding deposit (EUR 2,750) is refundable at the end of the boarding period provided the student leaves satisfactorily; any incidental charges may be deducted from that deposit before reimbursement.
- No other general tuition refund schedule is published within the school's fee pages; different terms apply for mid‑year entry and special arrangements.
Fee Payment Options
- The school's published fee information describes deadlines, instalment options and surcharges but does not list specific accepted payment instruments (for example, whether credit card payments are accepted or if payment must be by bank transfer). Instalment payment (two parts) is permitted with a 5% surcharge. Families are required to meet the published payment deadlines and billing schedule.
Brief note on missing details in the published fee information
- The publicly published fee pages provide amounts, deposits, instalment surcharge and timing, and list categories of incidental costs that are charged separately, but they do not specify the detailed mechanics of accepted payment methods (exact bank account details, card acceptance, online payment portals, or other transactional instructions) or a full tuition‑refund schedule beyond the non‑refundability of registration fees and the boarding deposit reimbursement condition. For those transactional details or exceptions to the standard terms, contact with the school's finance or admissions office is required.
