Billing schedule and payment terms

- First instalment: no later than 1 June each year.

- Deposit refund: the deposit (EUR 500) is refundable on leaving the school after return of books and settlement of outstanding invoices; the deposit may be reduced by outstanding charges.
- Withdrawing mid-year: if the agreement ends before the end of the granted period, the school is entitled to the due fees and reimbursement set as a percentage of the annual fee depending on the month of leaving. Example withdrawal percentages (mid‑year):
- August–December: 50% owed; January: 60%; February: 70%; March: 80%; April: 90%; May–July: 100% owed.
- Deregistration for the next school year must be completed by 1 June. If Parents/Guardians deregister after 1 June but before 1 August, 25% of the next year's school fee is owed.
- DP2 re‑sit candidates: students retaking up to three exam subjects pay 50% of the school fees plus all associated examination costs.
