Grange House has eight units for up to 96 boarders (48 girls and 48 boys) aged 11–16; Units 1–4 house boys and Units 5–8 house girls, with 12 students per unit in a 3-room, 4-per-room arrangement with ensuite bathrooms. Full-time boarding is offered, with flexi boarding (Monday–Friday) and occasional boarding available.
A uniform is worn by Grange School pupils.
Boarding meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner with weekly cycle menus. The menus feature Nigerian dishes and a World Cuisine section, with fruit, desserts, and afternoon snacks.
Pupils are organized within the Grange House boarding system, which comprises eight units (four for boys and four for girls) with houseparents supervising. Inter-House Sports are part of school life, offering competitions between houses.
Grange School is governed by Grange Education Limited. The Governing Council includes a Chairperson (Mrs. Awuneba Ajumogobia) and several governors, such as Mr. ‘Tola Osunkiyesi, Mrs. Yinka Taiwo, Ms. Funmi Lanre-Phillips, Arc. Grange School Lagos is a co-educational boarding school in Ikeja that delivers the Cambridge International Examinations program from early years to IGCSE. The curriculum runs from EYFS (ages 2–4) through Key Stages 3–4, with Year 7 offering 15 subjects taught by specialist teachers and Year 10–11 culminating in IGCSE examinations over two years. A structured pastoral care system supports wellbeing, while a broad co‑curricular programme includes local excursions, an integration weekend for Year 7, and a language immersion trip to Spain for Year 8.
