Fee Breakdown

Fees
Application / Registration Fees

- Infant & Junior school: Non‑refundable registration/application fee N50,000.
- College (Years 7–11 entry process): Non‑refundable registration/application fee N70,000. Acceptance/offer letters require payment of the stated acceptance/joining fee within the deadline in the offer.

Tuition fees (published amounts by year group and per term)

- The school does not publish a public, line‑by‑line tuition tariff for each year group and term on its public admissions pages. Parents receive fee amounts and the re‑enrollment/fee package directly from the school as part of the admissions or re‑enrollment documentation. The school requires full payment of invoiced school fees (see Billing schedule and payment terms).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payment frequency: Fees may be paid annually (annual payment attracts a discount) or termly. A 5% discount is applied for annual payment subject to the school's stated conditions. Years 6 and 11 are required to pay all session fees at the start of the academic year and again at the start of the 2nd term as set out in the invoice schedule. All fees must be paid before the first day of each term; parents are issued a clearance card as evidence of payment and students will be admitted only on presentation of a valid clearance card. Non‑payment may result in cancellation of enrollment and the student's place being reallocated.
- Returned cheques incur a charge of N5,000. Re‑enrollment deposits and joining/acceptance fees are governed by the re‑enrollment terms and deadlines in the re‑enrollment package. Failure to accept and complete re‑enrollment by the stated deadline may result in loss of the place and forfeiture of deposits as described in the re‑enrollment notice.

Boarding fees (where applicable)

- Boarding provision: Boarding accommodation is provided for college‑level students. Specific boarding fee amounts are not published on the general admissions pages; boarding charges, invoicing terms and any associated accommodation or mess charges are included in the school's fee schedule sent to parents/guardians at offer or re‑enrollment. Boarding terms follow the same invoicing and payment rules described above.

Other costs and typical additional charges

- Lunch subscription: Infant & Junior lunch subscription N45,000 per session; College lunch subscription N50,000 per session. Payment for lunch subscriptions is handled via the school's payment channels and must be confirmed before the service is activated.
- Uniforms and sports wear: Uniform lists are specified for Junior School and College; the school sells some sports wear on campus. Uniform items are required and are charged to parents as part of the admissions/re‑enrollment process or via the school's uniform sales—specific uniform pricing is provided to parents with the uniform ordering information.
- Identification/access cards: One access card and one family identification card are issued per family; additional family ID cards are available for purchase at N1,000. Replacement access cards are charged at N2,000.
- Extra charges that may appear on invoices: textbooks and exercise books, external examination fees (where applicable), excursions and field trips, optional co‑curricular activities, specialist course materials, exam resit charges and transcript/administration fees. The school issues specific invoicing for such items as required.

Refunds and withdrawal rules

- Application/registration fees are non‑refundable. Re‑enrollment deposits and joining/acceptance payments are subject to the deadlines and conditions set out in the re‑enrollment or offer documentation; failure to resume or to follow the stated process can result in forfeiture of paid deposits as described in the school's re‑enrollment terms. Withdrawals during the academic year require written notice of one term to the Admissions Manager; withdrawals at the end of the academic year require written notice at least 15 school days before the end of the year. The school will not permit a student to resume where tuition or other outstanding fees remain unpaid.

Fee payment options and banking details used by the school

- Bank transfer / direct deposit: The school and its virtual learning / programme units accept payments to designated Zenith Bank accounts (examples shown for lunch subscription and virtual learning registrations use the account name Daisy Meadow Hall School and the Zenith Bank account number provided on the school's payment pages). Evidence of payment must be uploaded where requested.
- Online payment platforms: Certain services (for example lunch subscription) reference use of an online payment platform (Quickteller) and require use of the same email address on that platform when completing payment. The school's virtual learning registrations likewise request uploaded proof of payment after electronic transfer.
- Cheques: The school historically accepts cheques; returned cheques attract the stated returned‑cheque fee. Invoicing and acceptance of payment by cheque are subject to the school's accounts procedures.

Summary (key items for parents to budget for)

- Non‑refundable registration/application fee: Infant/Junior N50,000; College N70,000.
- Routine additional charges to budget for: school lunches (N45,000–N50,000), uniforms and sports wear, textbooks and exam fees, co‑curricular activity charges, access card / ID card charges, and any boarding/mess charges if boarding is used.
