APPLICATION / ADMISSION FEES

BILLING SCHEDULE AND PAYMENT TERMS (2025–2026)

- Tuition is invoiced as three equal installments, billed in advance and due before the start of each academic term.
- 2025–2026 installment schedule (issue date → payment deadline):
- First installment issued 3 August 2025 — due 17 August 2025.
- Second installment issued 16 November 2025 — due 27 November 2025.
- Third installment issued 1 February 2026 — due 12 February 2026.
- Late payment: Non-payment by the deadline incurs a 5% surcharge per month on the outstanding amount. Scholarships and discounts may be cancelled if fees are not paid on time. Admission/re-admission for the next year is conditional on payment of the full Term 1 fee in advance.
- Re-enrollment fee due date: Non-refundable OMR 300 during the re-enrollment period (due latest by 15 January in the published schedule to secure a seat for the next academic year); otherwise the place is not reserved. This fee is deducted from Term 1 tuition for the following year.

REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWAL

- School fees are non-refundable. Reports and transfer certificates will not be released until all outstanding fees have been settled. If a family withdraws a student, written notice is required at least two weeks before the end of term; otherwise the next term's fees are payable. The school may give one term's notice of any fee changes.

BOARDING

- New World International School operates as a day school; boarding is not provided.

FEE PAYMENT OPTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS

- Accepted methods: Direct bank deposit, bank transfer, electronic payments, VISA / POS. Cash is accepted only for full-year or term-wise payments (partial cash payments are not accepted). A copy of the deposit slip / transfer should be sent to the Finance Office with the invoice number and student name.
- Bank details (for transfers / deposits): Oman Arab Bank account 3106-664587-502. When sending bank evidence include the invoice number and student's full name and forward it to the Finance Office contact details provided by the school.
