Beata Imelda Deutsche Schule is a Catholic-values based educational community united by a commitment to truth. It seeks to form people of integrity who are living testimonies inside and outside the school, contributing to a more humane and fraternal world. The educational community includes pastoral elements such as permanent liturgical practices aligned with the Catholic calendar and Dominican formation and Catholic doctrine; there are programs for parents, including Apostolic Parents Communities: 'La familia escuela de misericordia' and the 'Escuela de padres'; and opportunities for students such as acolytes, church choir, monthly prayers, and sacraments preparation.
Parents participate in Beata Imelda through the Apostolic Parents Communities: 'La familia escuela de misericordia' and the 'Escuela de padres'. Dominican formation and Catholic doctrine are provided for parents as well. Governance includes Participative Councils (Consejos Participativos) with representation across the school community, supporting collaborative decision-making within the Beata Imelda educational community.
Beata Imelda Deutsche Schule is a German international school abroad serving students from age 3 to 18. The curriculum centers on the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (offered since 2013) alongside a bespoke, bicultural program grounded in Christian values and intercultural understanding. Primary education runs from Kindergarten through the 4th level, with early years focused on literacy, habit formation, autonomy, and Christian traditions. A Learn at Home program supports remote learning through information and communication technologies. The school promotes multilingual education with German language certification (DSD) and English certificates such as YLE, Movers, Flyers, PET, KET, and FCE. The International Baccalaureate in Mixed Languages (GIB) is also offered. A long-standing intercultural exchange with Germany has been running for more than ten years, enhancing language skills and DSD results. Pastoral activities, including a church choir and liturgical practices, reflect Catholic formation and community service as core aspects of student life. For families.
