Spirit Girls are color-coded teams that organize activities across grades, with leadership roles from primary through secondary. The Student Council represents students and coordinates activities. The Debates MUN team participates in national and international conferences, building oratory, research, and teamwork. Environmental and Civil Defense delegates lead student-led sustainability and safety initiatives.
Social outreach is embedded through Obras sociales with partner organizations such as CUNA Los Jardines, CUNA San Pablo, and Casa del Adulto Mayor Virgen del Amor Hermoso and other initiatives. Annual mission trips involve students and parents traveling to interior communities to sponsor children and provide support. Regular campaigns and drives support Fe y Alegría and other causes.
Spirit Girls organize leadership opportunities across grades with a four-tier structure (Spirit Girl, Co-Spirit Girls, Mini-Spirit Girls) and oversee activities. The Student Council provides student representation and coordinates events. Debates MUN develops public speaking, negotiation, research, writing, teamwork, and leadership.
Pastoral life is central to wellbeing, with annual spiritual days and retreats conducted on campus and ongoing spiritual guidance for staff and students. Family pastoral programs include Eucharist, formation talks, and parent–daughter activities. Community service and mission work foster wellbeing through service and shared experiences.
