History

The school is a private Catholic educational institution that forms women leaders with Catholic values, autonomous and empowered, who build a sustainable, solidarity-based and peaceful world. Catholic education has been the foundation of its educational proposal for 100 years. It is associated with the Congregation of the Servant Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary from Immaculata, Pennsylvania. It is an International Baccalaureate World School offering the Diploma Programme. The curriculum includes English language immersion from early years and a STEAM-focused approach.

Community

For 100 years, Catholic education has been the foundation of Villa María's educational proposal. The school fosters an environment where respect, empathy, and solidarity guide daily interactions, and faith in Jesus with Mary as an example is lived. Villamarianas form strong, lasting friendships that provide a life-long network of support. Traditions, community projects, academic activities, cultural and sports events help students develop leadership, creativity, innovation, and teamwork to face life's challenges with confidence.

Parent-Teacher Association

The Parents Association (APAFA) is a strategic partner of the school and provides constant support in student formation, enabling the school's goals. APAFA contributes by updating furniture, equipment, and various materials, and implementing talks and integration activities for students, as well as training workshops for parents and teachers. APAFA maintains constant communication with the school's leadership and accompanies various activities. APAFA oversees the organization of the traditional Día Villamariano, a day of community integration and healthy recreation. APAFA actively participates in school events and initiatives.
