Intercambios is a student exchange program oriented to improving English and French and developing interpersonal and cultural skills, with students representing our rich culture on visits. It offers opportunities to learn about other realities and become world citizens. Visionarios is an international cultural project with participants from Sainte Jeanne Elisabeth in Paris, El Buen Pastor in Sevilla, and Lord Byron Arequipa; students develop historical, cultural, social, sports and musical themes, producing work and reflecting on the modern world. Visionarios emphasizes solidarity and intercultural understanding across cultures.
LB Debate Team provides an international debate program that fosters dialogue, develops argumentation, listening, tolerance, and respect for opposing views, using MUN methodology. An incubator of debate trains younger students (4th–6th grade) to participate in future debate activities, developing oral expression and communication skills.
Día de Dar is a community service initiative where students give back and help others, reflecting on their ability to contribute to society.
The school operates a Student Council with annual elections; the 2021 LB1 winners were announced for 2022. The LB Debate Team participates in local, national and international conferences, developing leadership, critical thinking and communication skills. The Robotics Club promotes innovation and technology, and there is a Debate incubator that trains younger students to participate in future activities.

Lord Byron School is a private bilingual day school in Sol de La Molina, Lima, offering the International Baccalaureate framework alongside a Cambridge examination centre.
