Tuition fees by stage and billing structure (how fees are presented and calculated)
- Tuition is presented and calculated per course/placement using the school's fee calculator. The fee calculator breaks a student's charge into at least these components: Course price (tuition), Application, Registration, Discount applied and Total price. The school uses that calculated total to determine billing.
- The public fee pages list one‑time admission/registration charges by grade (above) and indicate that additional items (detailed tuition amounts, instalment/billing schedules and any discounts) are issued to families through the school's billing process and parent portals.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing and invoice distribution are managed by the school's finance office and parent portals; fees are billed according to the school's published billing cycle through the parent portals. Parents are billed for the components shown by the fee calculator (Course price, Application, Registration, any Discount, and the Total price). The finance office provides specific billing dates and payment deadlines to enrolled families.
Boarding / residential provision
- St. George's College operates three day‑campuses (Little/Early Years, Miraflores/Lower School and Villa/Middle & Upper School). Boarding facilities are not listed among the school's campus services. Fees for boarding are therefore not applicable.
Other costs and typical additional charges
- Dining service (lunch) — indicative cost: between S/ 13 and S/ 15 per menu at the Miraflores, Middle and Upper campuses.
- After‑school activities — some activities may carry additional charges to cover specialised programmes or external providers; these are billed separately when applicable.
- Other typical additional costs that families should expect to budget for include uniforms, curricular materials, examination fees and activity trip costs; these items are handled and billed according to the school's published arrangements for enrolled families.
Refunds and withdrawals
- Refunds, cancellation rules and any pro‑rata charges for mid‑year withdrawal or course changes are governed by the school's finance office and the school's billing policies; families should consult the school's finance office for the school's formal refund and withdrawal terms. The finance office handles WhatsApp and direct enquiries for finance matters.
Fee payment options and how payments are made
- Fee management and payments are handled through the school's parent portals (iSAMS and the SGO parent portal) and by the Finance office. The school provides contact details for finance support through the finance office and portal channels. Parents use the portal and finance office channels to receive invoices and make payments.
Practical notes for parents (concise)
- The one‑time admission/registration fees by grade are listed above.
- Tuition and the full billing schedule (term amounts, instalments and payment deadlines) are issued to families through the school's billing process and parent portals; the Finance office can confirm instalment options, acceptable payment methods and refund/withdrawal terms.
- For finance enquiries use the school's finance office contact channels (phone/WhatsApp and the parent portals).
