The school was originally established in 1984 in Pasig, Metro Manila, and the Mamplasan campus opened for the 1999‑2000 school year. Brent Manila operates within a two‑campus network under Brent Schools Inc., with a distinct community identity centred on a lion mascot and a Pride spirit.
