Cebu International School sits on a purpose-built 3.2-hectare campus in Pit-os, Cebu City. The site offers 7,500 square metres of instructional space, including classrooms, laboratories, art rooms, a maker-space room, and music rooms, plus a canteen and offices. The grounds feature two gymnasiums and a full-sized grass sports field within a secure, walled campus guarded around the clock, and a 150-slot car park. A 40-bed Student Residence opened on campus in August 2022 to support local and international families.
