Chiang Kai Shek College operates a Manila Main Campus with two multi-storey buildings on an 8,000 square meter site, housing administration, faculties, and regular classrooms for Pre-School, Elementary, High School, and College; the nine-storey Narra Building houses the College and Graduate School. The Manila campus features a large air-conditioned 1,200-seat Multi-purpose Auditorium and a 276-seat Little Theater with audio-visual learning capabilities. The libraries include a main library with an audio-visual room and a separate elementary library, and both the College and High School libraries have air-conditioned audio-visual rooms. Seng Memorial Pre-School provides facilities for music, arts, sciences, languages, and library activities. The Narra Campus houses the Benjamin Chua Jr. Gymnasium, and the campus center includes an open court quadrangle that can accommodate large gatherings.
The main campus big gymnasium has a 2,500-seat capacity with an international-standard basketball court and electronic scoreboards, and it is suitable for volleyball, badminton, and table tennis. The Narra Campus includes the Benjamin Chua Jr. Gymnasium. An additional Multipurpose Gymnasium provides flexible indoor space for athletic activities. An open court quadrangle at the campus center can accommodate about 3,000 people for large outdoor events.

Laboratory facilities include Chemistry, Physics, Anatomy/Physiology, Parasitology/Microbiology, and Fundamental Nursing laboratories, as well as a Delivery Room and a Community Health Center. Learning Centers support arts and language programs with sixteen air-conditioned instrument cubicles, a piano classroom, and an ensemble room, plus a Speech Learning Center and a Computer Center. Seng Memorial Pre-School offers dedicated spaces for music, arts, sciences, languages, and library activities.

Chiang Kai Shek College is a Filipino-Chinese private school established in 1939. The main Manila campus is located on Padre Algue Street in Tondo, Manila, with a second campus, CKSC Southmont, in Silang, Cavite. The school offers preschool through graduate studies, including a Wong Chun Seng Memorial Preschool, Montessori and standard preschool programs, K to 12 basic education, college degrees, and graduate programs.
