Reedley offers a Center for Individualized Academic Programs (CIAP), which provides smaller class sizes, individualized learning plans, accommodations, and a learning cycle designed to help each student master concepts with enrichment work at home. The school also runs a Late Students Program with after-school catch-up sessions for topics missed earlier in the term. English as a Second Language (ESL) is available as a supplementary program with three weekly sessions after regular classes for language learners. In senior high, Advanced Placement (AP) courses are offered to prepare students for universities worldwide.
Arts and Music are integrated into Reedley's curriculum through the Arts and Music course, which aims to develop artistically and musically creative students via Aesthetic Literacy and Art/Music Production. RSCAP and related activities offer hands-on, service-oriented student involvement, including Kusina ng Kalinga meal projects, the Kids for Kids Fundraiser, and Anawim Donation Drives led by student groups such as the IMAGIN Club.
