Saint Jude Catholic School offers a structured set of student clubs across all levels, including Elementary Clubs, Junior High School Clubs, and Senior High School/IBDP Clubs that extend classroom learning. These clubs are categorized as co-curricular organizations and interest clubs, with Senior High/IBDP enabling student-initiated clubs aligned to academic strands. The high school hosts the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, which groups courses into Language and Literature, Language Acquisition, Individuals and Societies, Sciences, Mathematics, and The Arts, and includes Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS), Extended Essay, and Theory of Knowledge. Saint Jude Catholic School is described as a Premier Chinese-Filipino School, highlighting its Chinese cultural heritage. The IB Diploma Programme includes Language and Literature (English A) and Language Acquisition (Chinese B HL/SL; Spanish ab initio) as part of its six subject groups.
