Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Preparation and online assessment: Before applying, gather the documents listed for enrollment: Form 138 from the previous school (if applicable), Birth Certificate, three 2x2 photographs, Passport (if immigrant), and Special Study Permit (for immigrants). The SY 2026–2027 admissions are currently open and there are limited slots. Begin online by completing the admissions assessment and paying 3,500 PHP to start the review.
2. Submission of requirements: Complete the enrollment forms and submit the documents to the admissions email address for processing. The submission should include the enrollment forms and the required documents so the admissions team can review eligibility for the next steps. Ensure all items are legible and complete to avoid delays in scheduling tests or interviews.
3. Payment or reservation fee: After the documents are reviewed, you will be provided with the complete tuition fee via email. A reservation/payment is then required to secure a place, with the tuition details and next steps communicated by the admissions team. Follow the emailed instructions to proceed with the reservation and any required deposits.
4. Gather necessary documents: Westfields will assist you in procuring the documents needed to study at the school. This support helps families gather items such as the Form 138, Birth Certificate, and immigration documents as applicable. Submitting a complete and accurate set of documents aids in timely processing of the application.
5. Interviewing process: After your documents are reviewed, you will take the entrance examination and participate in an interview with the Admissions and Guidance department. The interview and exam form part of the overall assessment for admission. Successful candidates proceed to the final decision stage.
6. Last decision: Upon finishing the interview, you will be informed immediately about the next steps to start your educational journey at Westfields. The communication from admissions confirms whether admission is offered and what the enrollment steps will be. Final enrollment is then arranged according to the provided schedule.
