Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Registration and initial information gathering. Register at the XS School Automate system and fill out the General Student Personal Information Sheet (GSPIS). If you are a new user, use the "New User? Click here to Register" option and note the temporary student number and password. For Pre-Kindergarten admissions, age eligibility applies: only applicants born between July 1, 2020 and October 31, 2021 may undergo the admissions screening.

2. Print and prepare your forms.

3. Upload supporting documents. Scan and upload the listed documents: GSPIS, PSA Birth Certificate, Report Card, Data Privacy Agreement Forms, and any Therapy Report and/or Developmental Pedia Report (if applicable).

4. Pay the testing fee. A non-refundable Testing Fee is required; for Kindergarten, the fee is PhP 1,400. (Fees for other grade levels are not published on the admissions pages.)

5. Test schedule and testing day. After your application and testing fees are verified, you will be notified that the test schedule and guidelines are available on the Parents' Portal.

6. Receive admissions results. Test results are released 7 to 10 working days after the testing date and are accessible via the Parents' Portal; results are not given out over the telephone. All results are contingent on all required documents being complete and submitted; the school may withhold or defer information on actual test scores as appropriate.

7. Enrollment reservation for accepted applicants. For applicants who have been accepted, parents must pay a reservation fee to confirm intent to enroll. The acceptance letter provides detailed instructions on how to settle the reservation and submit the second set of required documents. Once the Accounting Office confirms the payment, the Parents/Students Portal updates with the next steps.

8. Section assignments for accepted applicants. The school reserves the right to assign accepted applicants to a morning or afternoon session, with section assignments posted during the Parents' Orientation.

Waitlist

There is no published waitlist or pool system described for Xavier School admissions.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

Grant-in-Aid (GIA) is Xavier School's need-based financial assistance program. It can provide up to 100% subsidy for tuition, books, supplies, and miscellaneous fees. The program is available to current Xavier School students, new admissions (including Kindergarten), and transferees, subject to financial need, satisfactory academic standing, and disciplinary status. The application process requires a letter of intent, an accomplished GIA form, and other required documents, plus a home visit and a personal interview when deemed necessary. Approved scholarships are renewed on a yearly basis. For SY 2026-2027, GIA applications for new students are available after the release of admissions results, with a submission deadline of May 31, 2026; renewal by old grantees and current applicants occurs in mid-October 2025. Renewal decisions consider ongoing financial need and performance. In Xavier School Nuvali, similar GIA provisions apply; Nuvali lists the same grant structure and timelines, with distinct local contact points and a separate Nuvali schedule for application and renewal.
