Xavier School operates two campuses: the San Juan campus in Greenhills and the Nuvali campus in Laguna. The San Juan campus spans about 7 hectares and serves Pre-K through Grade 12, with a Grade School Learning Resource Center that reopened in 2024 after renovation. The Nuvali campus sits on 15 hectares and includes the David M. Consunji Central Administration Building, the Oratory of St. Francis Xavier, the Anthony and Justa Lee Student Leadership Center, the Henry Sy, Sr. Primary School Building, the Ramon S. Ang High School Building, and the Ramon S. Ang Gymnasium, plus an Auditorium and a Manuel and Socorro Fong Sports Center. The Nuvali master plan calls for two gymnasiums, a swimming pool, two football fields, and a separate library building, with current spaces designed for 21st‑century learning and robust IT infrastructure. Shared facilities across campuses include dining spaces, athletics offices, and venues for performances and student life.
Nuvali features the Ramon S. Ang Gymnasium and the Manuel and Socorro Fong Sports Center, with the campus map also showing an Auditorium and a future High School Gym and related sport spaces. The master plan for Nuvali calls for two gymnasiums, a swimming pool, and two football fields, reflecting a strong emphasis on athletics as part of daily school life. San Juan campus maintains its own on-site athletics facilities, including a dedicated sports center used for events such as Grade School performances.
Xavier School San Juan is an IB World School offering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in the senior years. The Grade School has a Grade School Learning Resource Center (GS LRC), which reopened in July 2024 after renovations. The Integrated Chinese Department supports the school's core Chinese-language program as part of its academics. The Nuvali campus is designed as a 21st‑century digital school with robust IT infrastructure that supports 1‑to‑1 computer‑based learning across learning spaces, and there are plans for a separate library building as development progresses.

Xavier School San Juan is a Jesuit Catholic K–12 basic education institution with a distinct Chinese–Filipino character. It offers a three‑level curriculum (Early Education, Grade School, High School) and is an IB World School authorized to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme since 2010. The main campus is in Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila, with a southern satellite campus (Xavier School Nuvali) in Laguna.
