Located at ul. Dembego 18, 02-796 Warszawa, in the Kabaty area of Warsaw. The Ursynów District hosts IAS's permanent two-building facility. Access is supported by a daily door-to-door bus service across Warsaw, with Kabaty Metro nearby.

Additional Learning Support

EAL – English as an Additional Language supports non-native speakers. The program places students by proficiency levels (CEFR A1–B1+), with groups generally no larger than eight students and five to six lessons per week. It focuses on reading, writing, listening, and speaking, with differentiated instruction to integrate ELLs into subject classes.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Annual tuition is structured to be payable in 10 monthly instalments. Payment is due by the 10th of each month. There are no tuition instalments due for July and August. Parents joining mid-year will have tuition divided into monthly payments from the date of joining. A one-time full upfront payment (paid before 15 August) is eligible for a discount (see Discounts below).

Discounts and sibling reductions
- Annual retention discount: 2% discount applied for each year a student remains enrolled.
- Early full-payment discount: 6% discount when tuition is paid in full before 15 August.
- Sibling discounts (choose one applicable discount; discounts do not stack): 2nd child 5%; 3rd child 10%; 4th child 15%.

Boarding fees
- IAS is a day school; boarding is not offered (no boarding fees apply).

Other compulsory or common additional costs
- English as a Second Language (ESL) supplementary programme: Term 1 PLN 3,500 (September–January) and Term 2 PLN 3,500 (February–June) when ESL placement is required.
- Examination-related charges for IB and certain external assessments: IB admissions and examination fees for Grades 11–12 are billed separately and are not included in the tuition figures above.
- School trips (local, national, and international): charged separately when organised.
- Catering (meals) and transport (outsourced bus service): these are available as supplementary paid services; costs are invoiced in addition to tuition according to the selected meal plan or transport route. Specific per-family charges for catering and bus routes are billed separately.
- Textbooks and online subscriptions: loaned textbooks and some online subscriptions are included in tuition, but certain course materials, optional program costs, and external course fees may be charged separately.
- Uniforms and optional extracurricular activity fees: where applicable, uniforms and optional clubs/activities may incur additional fees charged separately.

Refunds and contract notice
- Enrollment fee: PLN 4,000 is non-refundable.
- Contract notice period and tuition during notice: the school's notice period for terminating an educational contract is two months; during the notice period tuition remains payable. Refunds for tuition depend on the school's published refund and contract terms and any mid-year proration rules the school applies. IB admissions/exam fees and some third-party costs are not refundable when incurred.

Fee payment options and bank details
- Bank transfer: the school accepts bank transfers in PLN, USD and EUR and publishes IBAN account details for each currency; parents should include student name, grade and purpose of transfer in the transfer reference. Example IBANs are provided for PLN, USD and EUR.
- Other payment methods: the school accepts electronic payments as arranged by the school office; parents should use the school's billing instructions when completing payment. For regular tuition instalments the standard procedure is payment by the 10th of each month.

Notes on inclusions
- The published tuition amounts cover standard tuition, on-site pastoral care, many in-school activities, and loaned core textbooks/workbooks and certain online subscriptions. Additional optional services and external examination fees are charged separately.

Situated in Warsaw, the International American School of Warsaw (IAS) serves students from age 4 to 18 with English-language instruction and a diploma offering. The school provides three diploma pathways—IB Diploma Programme, American High School Diploma, and Polish Matura—within KG–12, with a bespoke curriculum option as needed. Class sizes average 18 students, and the school sustains a 7:1 student‑teacher ratio to support individual attention.
