ISoB offers extracurricular activities that support academic thinking and problem solving. A STEM club runs as an after-school option with maths-focused activities. A Chess club and a Boardgame club promote strategic thinking, and an Ethics club invites discussions on values. Classes run from kindergarten through the IB Diploma.

ISoB has a Student Council that represents student views and promotes communication within the school. The Council can assist in organising charity fundraising and school events. The school also has a Parents' Council that connects the administration with the parent community, coordinates meetings, and allows parents to propose improvements.
Leadership opportunities come from the Student Council, which develops communication, planning, and organisational skills. The Council can propose initiatives and contribute to school policy. The Parents' Council provides a governance channel for parents to participate in leadership decisions.
Basketball and Karate clubs promote physical activity. The Sports and Tourist Club runs monthly outdoor activities. A Nurse is on site to support student health, and a School lunch program offers meals with an English- and Polish-language ordering system.
International School of Bydgoszcz (ISoB) is an English-language school in Bydgoszcz, Poland, offering IB continuum (PYP for ages 5–11, MYP for 6–10, DP for 11–12).
