Billing schedule and payment terms
- Instalment plans are presented as the normal payment methods for tuition: 12 or 10 instalment plans for general tuition (primary and high school), and an 8‑instalment plan for the final IBDP year where shown; each instalment amount is published for the 2026/27 school year. Guardians sign an agreement that specifies exact payment instalment dates and the obligation to pay in the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur contractual interest as provided in the school's regulations.
Boarding / Accommodation fees
- Boarding is not listed as an offered service; there are no published boarding or accommodation fees. Monnet operates its preschool, primary and high‑school programmes as day provision.
Other costs and typical extras
- School uniforms: no specific uniform fee is listed among the standard charges; typical extra costs listed elsewhere are art fund, trip fund, green‑school trips, lunches and textbooks as noted above.
- Extracurricular clubs, special courses, competitive exams, international trips and other optional activities may generate additional charges; IB exam costs are charged separately for Diploma Programme candidates. Exact optional activity fees are set according to the activity and are billed as required.
Refund information
- Enrollment fee (wpisowe): when a contract is terminated before its agreed end date, the enrollment fee is refundable on a proportional basis corresponding to the period remaining on the contract. Guardians are required to pay enrollment no later than one month after acceptance, and when admission occurs during the school year the enrollment fee is due on the day of admission.
- Other refund provisions: guardians are contractually obligated to pay tuition and other fees in the terms set out in the education agreement; contractual provisions cover late payment interest and other financial terms. IB exam fees and many optional charges are handled separately and may have distinct payment and refund rules. Guardians should expect the signed agreement or statute to define refund and termination calculations for specific fee categories.
Fee payment options
- Bank transfer is the published payment method for each division, with dedicated bank accounts for Preschool (BNP Paribas), Primary (PKO BP) and High School (BNP Paribas). Payment instructions require the student's full name and the payment type (e.g., tuition, enrollment fee) to be included in the payment title. No published information is shown for payment by credit card or other electronic/card methods.
