Fee Breakdown

Fees
Application fees
- Recruitment (application) fee: PLN 350 for the 2025/2026 intake. This fee is obligatory and payable before the start of the enrolment process; it covers trial days or interview and placement tests.

Tuition fees by school year (per term / per year)
- The school's published public materials do not list fixed tuition amounts by year group or per term. The school states that the level of tuition and other fees is set by resolution of the school's governing body and is determined annually. Parents sign a teaching contract in September that records the financial obligations. For planning purposes note: the governing body decides fee levels by 30 June each year and those rates apply from 1 September of the following school year.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- The teaching contract is signed by parents in September and establishes the family's payment obligations. The school requires timely payment of tuition-related fees and states that if a company pays fees, the company's name and billing address should be supplied for invoicing. The school's materials also state that any bank charges associated with fee payment are the payer's responsibility. The exact billing schedule (number of instalments, dates, per-term or annual billing) is determined in the school's tuition payment policy and in the contract (fee levels and formal schedule are set by the governing body each year).

Boarding fees
- Not applicable: Szczecin International School is a day school (no boarding facilities).

Other costs and fees
- School canteen / lunches: a standard lunch (soup, main course and a fruit drink) is listed at PLN 19. Using school meals is optional; meals are supplied by an external catering company.
- Common room / after-school care (Primary RY–G3): the common room is available from 07:00–08:20 and after lessons from 15:15–17:00; the school's published description states the day-room stay is free regardless of the number of hours; enrollment requires completing the application form. (Any ancillary charges for special activities or extended provision would be set out in the school contract or fee schedule if applicable.)
- Trial/placement tests: included in the recruitment fee noted above.
- The school statute notes the school may apply an entry fee (wpisowe) or other fees as determined by the governing body; amounts and applicability are set by the governing body's annual resolution.

Refund information
- Refund and cancellation terms are not published as fixed amounts in the school's publicly available materials. The school's documentation indicates that financial obligations and the rules of payment are governed by the teaching contract and the school's tuition payment policy; specific refund conditions (if any) are governed by those documents and by the governing body's decisions.

Fee payment options
- The school's public documents require timely payment and state that bank charges related to fee payments are the payer's responsibility; the documents request company invoicing details where a company will pay fees. Specific payment methods offered (for example by bank transfer, direct debit or credit card) are not listed in the school's publicly available materials.

Notes for parents (factual summary)
- The only specific monetary items published in the school's public materials are the recruitment fee (PLN 350 for 2025/2026) and the listed cost of a standard lunch (PLN 19). Other fee levels (tuition by year group, term amounts, boarding—if it were applicable, etc.) are set annually by the school's governing body and recorded in the teaching contract and the school's tuition payment policy; those detailed fee figures are not published as discrete per-year/per-term tables in the publicly available materials reviewed.
