Thames British School offers a Scholarship Programme for academically gifted students, with Academic Scholarship and Outstanding Merit Scholarship available for Years 10 and 12 (IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme) at the Włochy Campus. Entrance requirements include a minimum 80% in Mathematics and CEFR English at level C1. Scholarships are awarded for two academic years and can cover 100%, 75%, or 50% of tuition. The selection process includes entrance examinations, an online application, a scholarship admission test, and an interview, with final decisions announced by the school.

The language of instruction is English. Students are immersed in English across the curriculum. Polish, Spanish and German language lessons are available. We care about the wellbeing of every student. We have robust child protection and safeguarding, and recruitment policies. All staff undergo rigorous reference and background checks. Each campus has designated safeguarding leads and counsellors to support wellbeing. Older students participate in weekly wellbeing pulse checks, helping staff monitor how they are feeling. These measures are designed to safeguard and support the emotional health of the school community.

The school conducts admissions year‑round. For the 2025–2026 academic year, admissions are for children from Nursery (2.5 years old) through Cambridge A/AS Levels and the IB Diploma Programme (18 years old). The language of instruction is English; Polish, Spanish or German are also taught. During the application process, interviews are conducted with all primary and secondary applicants, and Year 7+ applicants take an entrance exam to assess their language skills. Open days are held throughout the year, and up to two trial days can be arranged during the application process.
The school has a scholarship programme for Upper Secondary (IGCSE) and IB Diploma Programmes at the Włochy Campus. There are two types of financial aid: Academic Scholarship and Outstanding Merit Scholarship. Scholarships are awarded each year, with five scholarships available per year for Year 10 and Year 12, granting discounts of 100%, 75%, and 50% of the yearly fees. Academic Scholarships require entrance examinations and meeting specific entry criteria (for example, minimum mathematics score and CEFR English at C1). Outstanding Merit Scholarships are awarded based on recruitment results and prior achievements, with a similar discount structure. The scholarship process includes entrance exams, online application, submission of supporting documents, an interview, and a final decision.
