We CARE about the social and emotional development of every student. We use data from internal, external and standardised assessments to triangulate achievement and set goals. We recognise that every child is different and provide learning pathways blending British education with Polish elements. Our CARE values guide daily conduct: Collaborative and Compassionate, Authentic, Responsible and Resilient, Enlightened. Teachers act as facilitators of learning, supporting students' social and emotional growth alongside academic progress.
The language of instruction is English. Students are immersed in English across the curriculum. Polish, Spanish and German language lessons are available. English immersion supports language development for all learners. Language provision is integrated with the Cambridge and IB programmes across campuses.
We care about the wellbeing of every student. We have robust child protection and safeguarding, and recruitment policies. All staff undergo rigorous reference and background checks. Each campus has designated safeguarding leads and counsellors to support wellbeing. Older students participate in weekly wellbeing pulse checks, helping staff monitor how they are feeling. These measures are designed to safeguard and support the emotional health of the school community.
We have robust Child protection and Safeguarding and Recruitment Policies. All staff go through a rigorous process of reference and background checks. Dedicated professionals on each campus include Designated Safeguarding Leads and counsellors to ensure the safety of every child. Many aspects of these policies exceed local legislative requirements. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting welfare and have a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice, and Belonging (DEIJB) Commitment Statement.
