Application fees and initial charges
- No separate registration (entry) fee is charged. An additional fee of PLN 4,000 is required with the first term payment to reserve a place; this PLN 4,000 is refundable if the place is not confirmed. A refundable deposit of PLN 4,000 per child is also required on enrolment and will be returned when the child leaves provided all accounts are settled and school property is returned.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- All fees are quoted and payable in Polish Złoty (PLN). Payment is made in advance on the basis of pro‑forma invoices. Annual payment receives a 4.5% discount when the full‑year invoice is paid by the stated annual deadline. Term payment dates are set on the school's invoices and must be met. Specific invoice payment dates published for the published schedule are: annual/full‑year and Term 1 due 30 June; Term 2 due 20 November; Term 3 due 2 March. When a student starts during a term, tuition is calculated pro rata; special rules apply if a student starts in April. For new students, the first term's tuition fee is increased by PLN 4,000. A 5% sibling discount applies to the third and subsequent children. Parents/Guardians have the right to terminate the Acceptance Agreement with three months' notice. All overseas bank transfer charges are to be borne by the payer.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not offered; there are no boarding fees applicable.
Other costs and optional charges
- The published tuition does not include school lunches (meals), uniform and sportswear, home‑school transport, external examination registration (IGCSE/GCSE/IB/etc.), school trips (including residential trips such as Green Camp), optional after‑school care, additional music tuition, and some extracurricular activities or services offered by external providers; these are charged separately.
- Specialist learning support and language support fees: Intensive English Language Support — Term 1: PLN 3,600; Term 2: PLN 3,600; Term 3: PLN 1,800. Intensive learning support or speech therapy (special educational needs) — Term 1: PLN 3,600; Term 2: PLN 3,600; Term 3: PLN 1,800.
Refund information
- The enrolment deposit of PLN 4,000 is refundable when the pupil leaves the school, provided all financial obligations to the school have been met and school property has been returned; charges will be applied for items not returned. The PLN 4,000 paid to reserve a place for a new applicant will be refunded if the place is not confirmed. Other refunds are governed by the school's acceptance and payment terms (for example pro rata calculations when a pupil starts mid‑term).
Fee payment options and bank details
- Payments are accepted in Polish Złoty (PLN). Parents are asked to include the pupil's name, surname and the pro‑forma invoice number on bank transfer documents. All overseas transfer charges must be paid by the sender.
