Application fees
- Waiting-list (to register on the queue): EUR 200. This is a one-time, non‑refundable fee.
- Confirmation of place (upon acceptance): EUR 300. This is a one-time, non‑refundable fee.
Tuition fees by year group (full detail per year and term)
- School age range covered: Förskola (ages 3–5) and Grundskola (years F–6 / ages 6–12). The same annual tuition is applied across the school's age range.
- Annual tuition – Full rate (Heltid, 30 timmar): EUR 7,380 per year.
- Autumn term (45% of the annual fee): EUR 3,321.00.
- Spring term (55% of the annual fee): EUR 4,059.00.
- Annual tuition – Reduced rate when the school is awarded state subsidy (Heltid, 30 timmar med statsbidrag): EUR 6,937 per year.
- Autumn term (45% of the reduced annual fee): EUR 3,121.65.
- Spring term (55% of the reduced annual fee): EUR 3,815.35.
- After‑school care (fritids) day fee, 16:00–17:00: EUR 10 (standard) or EUR 7 (reduced / where subsidy applies).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- For the academic year indicated, tuition is billed in two term invoices: 45% charged for the autumn term and 55% charged for the spring term.
- In February/March the school issues a non‑refundable advance (holding) invoice of EUR 1,000 to reserve a place for the next school year; this EUR 1,000 is deducted from the spring‑term invoice for the next year. Payment of the holding fee reserves the place and is non‑refundable.
- When the holding fee is paid to reserve the next academic year, the school may invoice the full annual fee even if the child does not start, unless the place is cancelled in writing by the stated cancellation deadline. Boarding fees
- Boarding is not offered by this school; there are no boarding fees. The school operates as a day school for children aged 3–12.
Other costs and what the school fee covers
- The annual school fee includes: school textbooks, consumable materials, homemade school lunch (plus fruit and a snack), accident insurance, and access to the school nurse.
- The fees listed above do not show any mandatory uniform charge. No separate uniform fee is published on the school's fee page.
Refund information and cancellation conditions
- Application fees (waiting-list and confirmation fees) are explicitly non‑refundable.
- The EUR 1,000 holding / advance payment is non‑refundable; if paid to reserve a place for the next academic year it will be deducted from the spring invoice but will not be returned if the family withdraws. The school may still invoice the full annual fee even if the child does not start, unless the place is cancelled in writing by the school's stated cancellation date.
