1. Click on Apply Now to begin the process. The online application is accessed through the ACS Doha online platform, and the admissions team is available to help by email, WhatsApp, or phone if you have questions or wish to arrange a campus tour. A virtual tour is available to preview the campus. The online application is submitted through OpenApply.
2. Complete the online application form. The five‑step process is designed to gather information efficiently, with the admissions team available to assist on any aspects of the application. After starting the form, you will provide the requested information as part of the online submission.
3. Pay the accompanying application fee (QAR595). The fee is paid as part of completing the online application, and the steps outline the payment at this stage.
4. Request teacher references. As part of the application, you should arrange for teacher references to be provided to support the submission.
5. Upload supporting documents. Upload the required documents to accompany the application as indicated in the five steps. Admissions staff are available to assist if you need guidance on what to include.
Artemis Promise Scholarships are available at 25% and 50% of tuition fees. They are open to new students from Grade 4 to Grade 11, and applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance and proficiency in academic English.
Application process for Artemis Promise Scholarships:
1) Online application: Applications should be submitted through OpenApply.
2) Supporting documents: Applications must include documentation from the student's current school attesting to academic accomplishments and good character.
3) Tests: Applicants will take age-appropriate tests in English, Maths, and Critical Thinking.
4) Interview: Candidates will be interviewed as part of the selection process.
Decision Process: Following completion of the process, a decision is made by the Scholarship Committee, which is chaired by the Head of School. Applicants are informed of the committee's decision within five working days of testing and interviews.
Award Duration: Scholarships are awarded on an annual basis and are subject to renewal based on continued academic performance and good behaviour.
