Annual capital charge

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Invoicing: Parents receive two electronic invoices per academic year (one per semester). Invoices must be settled in full by the published due date.
- Invoice dates for the 2025–2026 academic year: 1st semester issue date 12 June 2025; 1st semester due date 31 August 2025. 2nd semester issue date 20 November 2025; 2nd semester due date 23 January 2026.
- Any bank charges incurred when transferring funds are debited to the student's school-fees account and must be paid to clear the account.
