- Annual tuition is payable in two equal semester installments. Semester one must be paid in full within one month from the start of Semester One. Semester two must be paid in full before the end of February of the academic year. Books and learning resources fees must be paid with the first semester payment. Post‑dated cheques are accepted under specified conditions (semester one cheques dated no more than 30 days from semester start; semester two cheques dated February 28 and submitted on or before February 1). Procedures for returned cheques, late payment actions, withholding reports, and other consequences of unpaid fees are enforced.

Learning support, books, tablets and other mandatory learning costs

- Learning support (optional, where applicable): QAR 100 per hour (maximum of 5 hours per week).
- Books & learning resource package: EYFS (KG1 & KG2) — QAR 578; Year 1–Year 10 — QAR 1,155; Years 11–12 — pay only for books purchased (no fixed package amount listed). Books fees are payable with the first semester fee.
- Student tablet (electronic bag): Tablets are mandatory from Year 3 onward. Parents may purchase approved tablets from any supplier that meets school specifications; the school has partner arrangements to offer a specified tablet model at a competitive price. The school no longer directly supplies tablets as a standard sale.

Uniforms and other incidental charges

- Uniforms are required in the approved design and colour. Parents may purchase uniforms from the school's designated supplier or an external source provided they meet the approved specifications. A uniform shop is available on campus.
- Property damage: Parents are liable for repair or replacement costs for damage caused by a student; the school may impose disciplinary measures in addition to financial liability.

Boarding fees

- No boarding provision or boarding fees are listed in the school's admissions or fee policy documentation; boarding is not applicable.

Refunds, withdrawal and transfer terms

- Registration and reservation fees are non‑refundable once the academic year begins. Refunds for advance payments are handled as follows: full refund (after deducting the reservation fee) if the student has zero attendance and the registrar and finance departments are notified in writing within the first 30 days of the semester; if the student attended fewer than 15 days and withdrawal is submitted within 15 calendar days from semester start, refund after deducting reservation fee and fees for days attended; if withdrawal is submitted between 15 and 30 days after semester start, refunds are after deducting one month's fee and the reservation fee. No refunds are issued if the registrar and finance departments are not notified in writing within the first 30 days. Book fees are non‑refundable once books have been received or the student has attended class and received books. Refunds for expelled students are prorated based on attendance at time of expulsion. Excess payments can be refunded or transferred to a sibling account upon written request, with deductions as specified by the school. Refunds are processed only after the signed withdrawal form is approved by department head and principal.

Fee payment options and banking details

- Accepted payment methods: via the Ta'allum App, by cash, by cheque (including post‑dated cheques under the school's conditions), by bank direct transfer, and by MOE education voucher (for eligible Qatari students). For bank transfers, parents must provide the bank transfer confirmation to the Accounts Office with student name and parent mobile number. The school's published bank account details include IBAN: QA21 QISB 0000 0000 0110 6035 7003 8 (Account name: AL MAHA ACADEMY FOR BOYS, Bank: Qatar Islamic Bank — Corporate Branch, Doha). Payment by employer/company sponsorship is processed according to the school's procedures; parents are responsible for payment in line with the school's stated terms and obtain reimbursement from sponsors as applicable.

Consequences of non‑payment and company‑sponsored students

- The school may withhold reports, block MOE registration, prevent issuance of certificates, restrict enrollment in external examinations for Years 10–12, and take other measures for unpaid fees. The Academy will not pursue sponsoring companies directly except for certain government entities; parents remain responsible for payment and must obtain reimbursement from their employers.

Other notes on fee structure

- The school has applied for a tuition fee increase for the stated academic year subject to Ministry approval. The school's fee policy includes detailed terms and conditions on cheque handling, actions for returned cheques, seat reservation and registration procedures, and fee increments.
