Billing schedule and payment terms
- Instalment schedule for the published 2025–2026 fee schedule: Term 1 instalment payable before 30 September; Term 2 instalment payable before 1 February. The schedule follows the school's published tuition fee schedule and the MOEHE requirement that term fees are collected at the beginning of each term. Fees for the full year may also be paid in one single payment.
- Accepted payment methods: Card and bank transfer are accepted at the finance office; the school also lists cash as an accepted method.
- Company invoicing: invoices can be issued in a company name on request; parents remain responsible for any unpaid difference if a company does not pay on time.
- Overdue fees: a student may not start the academic year unless the first term fee is paid in full; the school may withhold results, reports and certificates for unpaid fees and will not release the student from the national student information system until fees are cleared.
Boarding
- Boarding is not listed in the school's published fee schedule and no boarding fees are published; the school operates as a day school for JK–Grade 12.
Other optional or occasional charges
- Extracurricular activities, school trips and canteen purchases are handled separately and may incur additional charges (these are not included in the standard tuition totals in the published fee schedule). The fee schedule lists Educational Resources, Test and Transportation as the main additional line items.
Refunds, cancellations and mid‑term enrolment
- Refund policy: Tuition fees are non‑refundable after 10 school days from the start of enrolment. No refunds or credits are provided for student absence, expulsion, or dismissal. Parents must give written notice for enrolment cancellations; for semester 2 cancellations, written notice a minimum of four weeks in advance is required or 50% of semester 2 fees will be retained to release academic documentation. Students who enrol mid‑term are charged the full term fee (no pro‑rating).
How fees appear on payment (practical notes for parents)
- New admissions should expect to pay the one‑time Registration Fee (QAR 3,570) in addition to the first‑term tuition instalment or the seat reservation deposit for returning students (QAR 1,500) which is deducted from Term 1. Educational resources and any applicable test fee are normally collected with Term 1 charges. Transportation is billed separately as an annual add‑on when the service is used. Accepted payment channels include card and bank transfer at the finance office; cash is also listed among accepted methods.
