Additional recurring and mandatory charges

Billing schedule and payment terms

Refunds, cancellations and mid‑term enrolment

Parents must give written notice for enrolment cancellations; for semester 2 cancellations, written notice a minimum of four weeks in advance is required or 50% of semester 2 fees will be retained to release academic documentation. Students who enrol mid‑term are charged the full term fee (no pro‑rating).

- New admissions should expect to pay the one‑time Registration Fee (QAR 3,570) in addition to the first‑term tuition instalment or the seat reservation deposit for returning students (QAR 1,500) which is deducted from Term 1. Educational resources and any applicable test fee are normally collected with Term 1 charges. Transportation is billed separately as an annual add‑on when the service is used.
