Blyth Academy Qatar originated as the Qatar Canadian School, established in 2006. It has carried Alberta accreditation since 2010. Blyth Academy opened its first campus in Qatar in September 2016 as part of Blyth Academy's regional expansion. Blyth Academy Qatar operates under the Alberta Accredited International School (AAIS) program, with oversight from the Alberta Ministry of Education and the State of Qatar's Ministry of Education. The school serves Kindergarten to Grade 12 and is located in Doha, reflecting a multinational student body.
Blyth Academy Qatar's community includes students from 53+ nationalities. A wide range of clubs and activities, including arts, sciences, sports, and leadership opportunities, supports student life.
