Billing schedule and payment terms

- Annual tuition may be paid in full at the start of the year or in three term instalments. Term fees must be paid in full; no part payments are accepted. Term fees are due at the beginning of each term (term months are Apr–Jun, Sep–Nov, Dec–Mar).
- Fees for books, uniform, the admission deposit and the first term tuition are collected at the time of admission confirmation.
- Term fees are non‑refundable and must be paid before the due date at the start of each term. Bus fees are collected term‑wise and are non‑refundable; bus service will be stopped for unpaid accounts after the due date.
- Admission withdrawal and any refunds of the refundable admission deposit are processed only after all existing dues are cleared.

Refund information and non‑refundable items

Brilliant Indian International School (BIIS) is a CBSE Indian international school in Al Duhail, Doha, Qatar. It was established in 2021 by the Al-Azhar Group and is licensed by the Qatar Ministry of Education and Higher Education. BIIS serves kindergarten (KG1–KG2) and primary grades (Grade 1–6) with co-educational classes. The school follows the CBSE curriculum, and English is the language of instruction. Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic and Tamil are taught as second/foreign languages. The campus features air-conditioned, smart classrooms, a library, science laboratories and sports facilities, and it operates a bus service with term-based transport fees. The school emphasizes values-based education and a stress-free environment, with regular co-curricular activities and enrichment programs.
