Admission begins with registration. Registration forms can be downloaded from the school. The minimum age for admission to Kindergarten is 3 years as of 31 March. There are no formal entrance tests for Kindergarten, but an interview with parents and students may be required. The DMIS registration process includes the following steps: 1. Enquiry Form – register your ward's details on the waiting list (Pre-Admission Form); click Apply Now to fill out and submit online, and the Registrar will respond based on vacancies. 2. Registration – submit the duly-filled admission form and required documents to the Registrar; once documents are verified, pay the Assessment Fee of QR 109. 3. Assessment Test / Interview – the Registrar provides the date; attend the interview and written test with required documents; submission of documents (hard copy) and assessments shall be on the same day. 4. Confirmation – after the interview and written test results are declared, the Registrar will confirm the grade to which the child will be admitted. 5. Fees – after confirmation, pay the admission fee of QR 327 and a refundable Caution Deposit of QR 546; the admission process is complete upon payment of the Admission Fee, Caution Deposit and the Term Fee. 6. Refundable Caution Deposit – QR 546 will be refunded when the student leaves the school. Final step: present the school fees (Term) receipt to the Registrar, who will guide you on the next steps. Identity Card – collect the Bus Card/ID Card for the upcoming academic year on the specified date; the bus card is required to access school transport; hand the Class Record Form to the class teacher on the first day of school. Withdrawal Procedures – provide one month's notice before the start of the new term; tuition/transport fees for the full term must be paid regardless of withdrawal. The school is located in Mesaimeer Street, Abu Hamour, Doha. The school is affiliated with the CBSE and prepares students for All India Senior School Certificate Examinations (Grade XII). The school offers Kindergarten to Grade 12.
