Billing schedule and payment terms

The remainder of the annual tuition is split into two instalments: first instalment due at the end of September and second instalment due at the end of January. Boarding fees

Other costs and optional fees
- Assessment / interview: QAR 500 (one-time for applicable year groups).
- Registration (one-time): QAR 2,500.

Refund information and non-refundable payments
- Assessment, registration and deposit/booking-type fees are indicated as non-refundable in the school's admissions notes and fee information. - The admissions information includes an option to guarantee readmission following an extended absence by paying a holding fee; the published holding fee for guaranteeing readmission after a year away is QAR 5,000 per term.
Fee payment options
- Electronic payment via the school payment portal is supported; the portal allows credit and debit card payments and issues an invoice by email automatically when payment is successful.
- The school accepts MOEHE vouchers and company payments as forms of payment as published in the school's FAQ.
