How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Submit online applications for Morning and Evening sessions via the Admission Online Portal. Online applications are mandatory and no walk-in admissions are entertained. Admissions are provisional and subject to approval from MOEHE and CBSE. Shortlisted candidates may be contacted for document verification and an Admission Assessment.

2. Age criteria apply as of 30 September 2025 for the Evening Session. The age ranges are: KG-1 is 3 years 4 months to 4 years 11 months 29 days; KG-2 is 4 years to 5 years 11 months 29 days; Grade 1 is 5 years to 7 years 11 months 29 days; Grade 2 is 6 years to 8 years 11 months 29 days; Grade 3 is 7 years to 9 years 11 months 29 days; Grade 4 is 8 years to 10 years 11 months 29 days; Grade 5 is 9 years to 11 years 11 months 29 days; Grade 6 is 10 years to 12 years 11 months 29 days; Grade 7-14 is 14 years 11 months 29 days. The date reference is 30 September 2025.

3. Document requirements at application time include: 1. valid QID copies of the student and both parents; 2) valid passport copies of the student and both parents; 3) copy of child's immunization record; 4) birth certificate; 5) MOFA-attested mark sheet of the previous class if studied abroad; 6) Transfer Certificate countersigned by the education board if not CBSE; 7) Qatar national address (from Metrash); 8) parent employment letter (from Metrash/employer); 9) parent's undertaking (download from the application). At application time, items 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 are mandatory.

4. MOFA attestation is required for admission when transferring from abroad; MOFA-attested previous class mark sheet is mandatory to complete admission formalities (Class 2 onwards). Document submission deadlines are: for admissions before May 31, submit within 15 days of admission; for admissions from June 1 onwards, MOFA documents must be submitted at the time of application. All pending documents must be submitted before the deadline, failing which the admission may be cancelled. All admissions are provisional and subject to MOEHE and CBSE approval.

5. Eligibility and admissions are online only; there are no walk-in admissions. Shortlisted candidates will be notified for document verification and an Admission Assessment. Shortlisted candidates must present the Admission Assessment Intimation at the Security Gate for entry.

6. Selection is based on available vacancies, submitted documents, and admission rules. Shortlisted candidates may be contacted for document verification and an Admission Assessment.
