Levels

Qatar Academy Doha offers the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) in the Primary School, the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) in the Middle School, and the IB Diploma Programme (DP) in the Senior School. Additional Learning Support

The school uses a Multi-tiered System of Support (MTSS) in the Primary School to identify and support needs across academics, speech and language, motor skills, and social-emotional development. Day Structure

School hours are roughly 7:00 am to 12:00 noon for EEC/Preschool, 7:00 am to 1:50 pm for Primary (Tuesday finishing at 1:00 pm), and 7:00 am to 2:15 pm for Senior School (Tuesday finishing at 12:30 pm). The school operates Sunday to Thursday.

Bus Service

Education City provides transport options for students, including a free Education City Tram (Yellow and Blue lines) and Education City shuttle buses. When the tram is not running, a free EC Shuttle Service operates on weekdays 10:00 pm–6:00 am and weekends 2:00 am–7:00 am; requests can be made by calling the Transport Office at 4454-1105. - Kindergarten (KG) through Grade 5: Term fee QR 22,895; Annual total QR 45,789.
- Additional standard academic charges that apply on top of tuition for students at QAM:
- Technology fee: QR 2,000 per year.
- Educational resources fee (academic materials): QR 1,000 per year.
- Lunch fees (where applicable): PS3–PS4 QR 900 per term (QR 1,800 per year); KG–Grade 5 QR 1,980 per term (QR 3,960 per year).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is invoiced as term instalments. The listed term amounts above represent each invoiced term; the annual total equals the sum of the term instalments.
- Invoices are issued electronically and parents receive an electronic invoice; online payment of invoices is supported through the school's applicant/account portal.
- Payment deadlines: each term's invoice must be settled by the due date specified on the invoice; the school's published policy requires full payment of each term within a set timeframe after the term start (parents should follow the invoice due dates for each term).

Boarding
- Qatar Academy Msheireb operates as a day school for early years/primary levels (PS3 to Grade 5); no boarding fees apply because boarding is not offered for these year groups.

Other costs and typical additional charges
- Books and curriculum materials: schools charge book or resources fees; these are billed separately (the educational resources fee above is one example). Specific book fees and the timing of those charges vary by grade and are invoiced as instructed.
