Qatar Academy Doha's campus network offers a comprehensive range of facilities across Primary and Senior Schools, located in Education City, Doha. Key academic facilities include multiple libraries and extensive science and technology resources. The school provides premier athletic facilities, including an Olympic-standard pool and a full sports complex. Creative spaces include music rooms, art studios, drama spaces, a large auditorium, and a Fab Lab. Cafeteria, prayer rooms, outdoor courtyards and early years learning spaces support daily life on campus.

A multi-purpose sports complex, squash courts, fitness centers, outdoor running track, two football pitches, four indoor gymnasiums, and a gymnastics room are available for curricular and extra-curricular activities. There are basketball and volleyball courts on the Msheireb campus. The facilities support a broad range of sports from swimming and track to team games and performance athletics.
Senior School Library provides more than 60,000 print and AV resources, with full services in English and Arabic. A Mac lab supports the IB Film program, and the school operates ten computer labs within a robust IT and E-Learning framework. Six science laboratories with fume cupboards serve Grades 6-12, with two dedicated labs for Grade 12, plus a data-logging room and a darkroom. The Technology Department maintains a wireless network, mobile learning equipment, and an online learning management system. The Dramatic and Visual Arts spaces include two drama classrooms with stages, a ceramics studio with kiln, three art studios, two music studios, and eight practice studios, while the auditorium seats about 250 for performances.
Auditorium hosts school plays, musicals, debates, choral and orchestral events. Senior School students participate in and help organize THIMUN Qatar Conference. The co-curricular program includes arts, sport and service activities supported by facilities and Education City collaborations. Education City resources broaden opportunities for exchanges and collaborations.
