The Hamilton runs 60+ extra-curricular activities across sports, arts, academics, leadership and sustainability. International opportunities include ISP programs such as Model United Nations, Chess Masters, Cultural Exchange, Artists, Scientists and Filmmakers, linked with ISP schools worldwide. These ISP experiences include debates on global issues and participation in regional and virtual competitions.
The Performing and Visual Arts program offers specialist classes in Visual Arts, Music, and Performing Arts from Kindergarten through graduation. Students can pursue LAMDA qualifications as the school is an accredited examination center, and regularly participate in school productions such as Matilda, Shrek and The Wizard of Oz, as well as musical assemblies and an annual Talent Show. Specialist facilities include an 850-seat main theater, a black box theatre, a dedicated performing arts room and soundproof music rooms.
Multilingual learning is central, with English language fluency support and opportunities to study Arabic, French and Spanish. Arabic and Islamic heritage are supported through Arabic lessons for Arab passport holders and Islamic studies for Muslim students. Home-language development is encouraged alongside world language study.
The enrichment program includes social and hobby activities such as ISP Artists and ISP Chess Masters. ISP Artists provides a custom art curriculum with workshops and virtual exhibitions, while ISP Chess Masters offers regional in-person qualifiers and a virtual international championship. School productions and musical performances provide additional creative and social outlets.
ISP Changemakers focuses on social impact projects, offering design thinking workshops and grants for real-life initiatives. The program enables collaboration across ISP schools on issues relevant to local communities and the wider world.
Life competencies, backed by Cambridge University through Camtree, develop self-leadership and interpersonal skills. Future Pathways provides personalized guidance for university and career choices, with specialist support and industry connections to access opportunities aligned with students' ambitions.
