Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. School Tour: Families are encouraged to visit AIS-Al-Wadi for a tour of the campus and to talk with admissions staff. Appointments can be made by contacting the school administration. The tour helps families learn about the campus, facilities, and programs. This step informs families about the admissions process and next steps. 2. Application and Required Documents: Applicants may apply online by filling the Application Form or apply in person at the reception to obtain the application pack. Parents must complete their child's admissions folder as defined by the Saudi Ministry of Education for registration approval and submit the required documents online or in person. Required documents include three passport-size photographs, copies of student and parent passports, birth certificate, vaccination card, and appropriate identification documents; for non-Saudi students, copies of the Iqama and sponsor's letter may be required. For transfers from another school, original school reports and attestations may be required, and the Noor System print-out may be used to validate the current grade level. 3. Admissions Decisions: Admissions decisions are made after careful evaluation of candidates. Results of diagnostic testing and previous school records are considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional criteria include motivation, social and emotional development, willingness to work hard, and the ability of AIS-Al-Wadi to accommodate the needs of the candidate. 4. Enrollment: Once accepted and the required fees paid, a place for the student is reserved. There is no application deadline, and admissions are offered based on spaces available throughout the year. A joining fee is required to initiate the admissions process.
