AIS-Al-Wadi is located in Al-Wadi, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The campus is divided into four sections: Girls, Boys, Primary, and KG, with boys and girls placed in separate, segregated sections as of Grade 1 in line with local regulations. All main classrooms for Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 9 are equipped with Interactive Whiteboards. The campus includes science laboratories, computer laboratories, and art rooms, as well as indoor and outdoor sports facilities, a library, and a cafeteria. Kindergartners have their own independent building with colorfully designed hallways, and the campus features a large playground and a modern clinic; a SABIS Integrated Testing and Learning (ITL) hall supports regular assessment.
The campus has indoor and outdoor sports facilities. The Middle School program includes weekly Physical Education and an arts and sports program. The SABIS Student Life Organization promotes participation in athletic activities and organizes events such as Sports & Health Day and Run-a-thon. Lower School engages in sports activities through the SABIS Student Life Organization's Sports & Activities program.

The SABIS Student Life Organization (SLO) is a student-led mini-society that enables students to organize academic and social events, host games and challenges, plan athletic activities, participate in the Yearbook, start clubs, and lead campaigns. SLO comprises nine departments and is integrated into the schedule via a weekly SLO period. SLO fosters life skills including leadership, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and accountability. Sports and wellness events are organized by the Sports & Wellness Department, including staff-versus-student matches, intramural sports, Sports & Health Day, and Run-a-thon. Lower School activities include themed parties, ice skating trips, and zoo visits, with Earth Day and environment-focused campaigns and charity fundraisers running throughout the year.
