1. Admission is granted strictly on the basis of availability of seats and the merit of the candidate. The application form for admission is available from the school office for SR 50.
2. KG admissions require age criteria: LKG is for children who are 3 years 6 months (preferably 4 years, as per NEP) on or before 1 April; UKG may include a basic competency assessment; Pre-KG is for children above 2 years 6 months and below 4 years as of 1 April.
3. Classes I–VIII may involve an assessment of basic competency in English/Hindi/3rd language, Mathematics, and Science/Social Science/EVS. For fresh admissions to KG and Class I, the birth certificate and other required documents must be submitted; for transfers from other schools, an original Transfer Certificate is required.
4. Classes IX–XII admissions require prior completion of the preceding class in a CBSE-affiliated or equivalent board and may require a transfer certificate and board reports; equivalence may be needed from the Embassy of India if coming from a board other than CBSE.
5. The last date for direct admission to IX–XII is 31 August or as mandated by CBSE from time to time.
6. Registration can be completed through the online portal linked from the admissions section; new admissions are listed with an option for online registration.
7. Documents to be submitted at admission include: admission forms (English and Arabic), birth certificate (translated to English), original Transfer Certificate (for certain classes), passport copies for student and parents, Iqama copies, and two passport-size photos; original mark sheets of previous years may be required.
