AIS-R is governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees and led by a Superintendent and an AIS-R Leadership Team. The school operates as an independent, non-profit institution licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Education. It maintains NEASC and CIS accreditation and IB authorization.
