It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Parents may complete an application form at any time during the school year. An entrance exam appointment is scheduled at the family's convenience. The exam covers English Language, Mathematics, and Arabic and may be administered to individual students or groups. For Pre-primary admissions, parents fill in the application form and Preprimary students should be toilet trained.
2. Immediately after the exam, both the student and parent will be interviewed by the Executive Director to determine if the student is appropriate for the program.
3. The student will be accepted into the school if they pass the entrance exam. If they do not pass, they may be allowed to retake the exam at the school's discretion. They must be within the appropriate age range for the grade they are applying to, according to international requirements, and there must be available space in the grade.
4. After completing the admission requirements, the student may be offered a seat to start immediately or for the new academic year, or placed on the waiting list at the parent's request. Siblings are given preference provided all admissions criteria are met. The following documents are required for admission: the original and a copy of the birth certificate; a copy of Saudi ID or Residency ID (Iqama) for non-Saudis; a copy of the vaccination certificate and Health Information Document; eight photos of the student; previous school report cards. For transferees from schools within the Kingdom, an Equivalence Certificate from the Ministry of Education is required. There will be no acceptance for any child who is under the appropriate age, and transfer records will be reviewed by the Academic/Administrative team. Tuition fees must be paid before starting; payment methods include cash, cheque, or Visa/MasterCard.
