Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Step 1: Prepare the documents needed to submit. The items include a Vaccination Card or medical records, copies of both parents' passports, a Family ID (for Saudi applicants), an Iqama (for international applicants) and the student's passport, the student's birth certificate, and full academic reports for Grade 2 and above (in English or with translated copies). If available, include results from standardized tests and any specialist reports. For transfer students in Grade 2 and above, report cards from outside the Kingdom must be attested by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Saudi Embassy of issue; report cards from within Saudi Arabia must be attested by the Ministry of Education in the city last attended. 2. Step 2: Submit the online application and documents through the MLS Online Application. The online form collects information about the applicant, the parents or legal guardians, and all required documents. The form is grade- and age-dependent and takes about 30 minutes to complete in one sitting. The school offers Early Learners, PYP, Middle School, and High School programs, with Middle School and High School programs available for girls. 3. Step 3: Application review and assessment. An admissions committee reviews the completed application. The applicant will be contacted to schedule an assessment appointment and a parent interview. A non-refundable Administration and Assessment fee is required to cover the cost of the assessment (Toddlers–Pre-K: 1,500 SAR; KG1 and above: 3,500 SAR) and the Administration Fee (Toddlers–KG1: 2,000 SAR; KG2 and above: 5,000 SAR). The Administration and Assessment fees are non-refundable. 4. Step 4: Assessment outcome. After the assessment, the admissions team informs the applicant of the outcome. The outcome can be acceptance, placement in the wait pool until spots are available, or denial. This decision is based on the assessment results and meeting admission requirements.

Waitlist

The school uses a wait pool for applicants not immediately offered admission. Applicants in the wait pool remain until a place becomes available.
