MLS integrates the US Common Core standards, Next Generation Science, and the Aero framework into the Primary Years Programme. The PYP emphasises inquiry-based, transdisciplinary learning through units of inquiry and collaboration. Middle School offers a broad curriculum with core subjects and electives in the arts, while High School blends rigorous academics with real-world experiences, including Model United Nations, internships, guest speakers, and service learning, and provides Mandarin or French as foreign language study.
Electives in Middle School include Performing Arts, Music, and Fine Arts. Early Learners emphasise Embracing Creative Expression through art, music, and play. MLS hosts STEAM-focused events, such as STEAM Fairs, to showcase student projects. The school also partners with L'Alliance Française to promote French language and culture.
The Four-Language Curriculum includes English, Arabic, French, and Mandarin. Arabic language skills are emphasised daily in Middle School. High School offers Mandarin or French as Foreign Language. MLS partners with L'Alliance Française to promote language and cultural exchanges.
Conscious Discipline is embedded across MLS to support social-emotional growth. Middle School offers electives in Performing Arts, Music, and Fine Arts. MLS runs immersive learning experiences, including Week Without Walls and grade-level international trips, and participates in the O2 Choir program.
High School includes service learning opportunities and internships. Guest speakers and Model United Nations activities support community engagement. MLS hosts community events such as the MLS Family Picnic & BBQ Day. The Lavender Awareness Campaign is a MLS community initiative.

High School offers Psychology and Business with Economics and Mandarin or French as foreign language options. Professional Skills training is part of the High School program. MLS provides Early College Programs.
