Academic year and tax status

- Academic year: 2025/2026. 15% VAT is applicable to International Students on all payments.

Assessment (application) fees

- Toddlers and Pre-K: SAR 1,500 (assessment test for new students).

Tuition fees — Saudi (domestic) students (per year and installment amounts)

- Nursery (Yearly tuition: SAR 40,000). Installments: 1st SAR 10,000; 2nd SAR 15,000; 3rd SAR 15,000. Administration fee: SAR 2,000 annually.

- Toddler (Yearly tuition: SAR 50,000). Installments: 1st SAR 15,000; 2nd SAR 20,000; 3rd SAR 15,000. Administration fee: SAR 2,000 annually.

Installment due dates and payment terms

- Standard installment schedule (2025): 1st installment due by March 12, 2025; 2nd installment due by August 1, 2025; 3rd installment due by December 05, 2025.
- Two payment options for annual tuition: (1) pay the full annual tuition on enrollment, or (2) pay in three installments as scheduled above.
- If acceptance is issued after 12 March, the 1st installment is due within 7 days of invoice. If acceptance is issued after 1 August, the 1st and 2nd installments are due within 7 days of invoice and must be paid prior to starting school.

Sibling discount

- A 2.5% discount on annual tuition is available for families with two or more children enrolled. The discount applies from the second child onwards when annual tuition is paid in full for all children and by the due date of the 1st installment specified in the tuition schedule. No discount applies to prorated monthly fees or other special discounts.

Other fees and optional costs

- Extended care (extend day to 2:35 pm for Toddlers–KG1): International students SAR 23,000 per year (inclusive of 15% VAT), paid in two installments. Saudi students SAR 20,000 per year, paid in two installments.

- School lunch (optional for KG2 and above and students in extended care): SAR 5,500 per year; 15% VAT is added to this charge.

- Curricular resources (digital apps / textbooks) for Grade 6 and above (parents pay for international resources provided by the school): Grade 6: SAR 1,500; Grades 7 and above: SAR 2,000.

- Enrichment and after-school program fees are offered through the school store; individual program prices are listed separately (prices vary by program and term).

- Uniform costs are not specified in the published tuition fee schedule. (Parents should expect uniform or branded items to be purchased separately; uniform pricing/details are not listed in the tuition schedule.)

Boarding

Refunds and cancellation

- The 1st installment is refundable according to this schedule (notification in writing by email required):
- Notification of withdrawal by March 26, 2024: 100% refund of the 1st installment.
- Notification of withdrawal by April 9, 2024: 50% refund of the 1st installment.
- Notification of withdrawal after April 9, 2024: 0% refund of the 1st installment.
- The 2nd and 3rd installments are non-refundable.
- Tuition paid for one academic year/semester is not deferrable to the next academic year/semester and cannot be transferred to another sibling or student.
