ACS (International) Singapore runs a six-year English-medium programme. In Years 1–2, students follow a mainstream pathway with bridging support as needed; Years 3–4 are IGCSE, with a Foundation IB option and a Pre-IB track in Year 4. Years 5–6 prepare students for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). Some students sit Cambridge O Level in their mother tongue languages, and second-language bridging classes support students learning English as an additional language.
Co-Curricular Activities include a broad Arts pathway with Dance, Art Club and a range of music ensembles (String Orchestra, Guitar Ensemble, Wind Band, Contemporary Band, Contemporary Singers Ensemble, Philharmonic Orchestra) plus Pro Audio Visual, Ceramics, Gu Zheng, Drama and Sewing. The Arts CCAs are complemented by additional opportunities such as Artistry and other performance groups. CCAs are free at the point of entry and students may participate in multiple Arts activities throughout the year.
Language- and culture-related CCAs include Chinese Calligraphy and Paintings, Debate and Public Speaking, Interact Club, Envoy Club and Christian Fellowship. Gu Zheng is offered as a cultural instrument, and learners may pursue mother tongue language work alongside English. Some students sit Cambridge O Level in their mother tongue languages, and second-language bridging classes support English-language learners.
Students participate in CCAs across Sports, The Arts and Interest Groups, with numerous sports options such as badminton, basketball, netball, rugby, football, volleyball, tennis, track & field, and softball; additional external activities include fencing, golf, taekwondo and more. The Arts CCAs cover conductors and ensembles, while Interest Groups include chess, robotics, debate and other clubs. The programme encourages exploration and change of CCAs year to year.
Service is central to the school's mission, with the House system directing charity drives to support the local community. The Interact Club conducts weekly home visits to assist needy households nearby. Yearly international service and CAS-related activity has included overseas trips and projects through the IB framework, supported by a culture of volunteering and service.
There are more than 200 student leadership positions, including School Prefects, House Prefects, Peer Leaders and CCA Captains. Prefects are Year 5 student leaders serving in subcommittees such as Ambassadors, Student Affairs and Student Council, and are installed after leadership training. Leadership development is reinforced through activities such as Leadership Training Camp and formal Investiture ceremonies.
Pastoral care is provided through the House system and a designated tutor for each student, with a specialist Counsellor, International Student Pastoral Care Coordinator, Learning Support Coordinator and School Nurse available for support. The School Counsellor attends to psycho-social and emotional wellbeing and liaises with external professionals as needed. Weekly Chapel services and a Chaplaincy team support spiritual life, with WORSHIP, CONNECT, GROW, SERVE and REACH OUT forming part of the Christian ministry.
